The Boys & Girls Clubs of Martin County unveiled its plan Wednesday to open the area's fifth branch, building a 38,000-square-foot space for afterschool programs and a new workforce development center.
The latest club, on Southeast High School Avenue directly behind Stuart Middle School, is expected to be operational by January 2024 and will cost $14 million, said the nonprofit's President and CEO Keith Fletcher.
